Frankly speaking, I don't know a word you typed. I don't think anyone reading the messages understand too (it's probably the English level). Anyway, I'll forward the email sent by the courier company to you. They've admitted their mistake & as a seller, you need to be partly responsible because you've chosen a courier company that is unreliable.
