  No.. it does not use AAA battery! It uses a 12V battery which is very expensive and it drains the battery even though the pointer is not in use.

I already put a new battery in again and the same thing happens.

I received the wireless pointer. 32644412 is my order number. The pointer keeps consuming battery even though it is not being used. I put in 2 new batteries already and each battery cost me S$#4.90

Please send me a new one and collect back this one. Thank u.
