Hi seller, i recieved the item today and when i opened, it was wet outside the packaging. I thought it's normal since it's raining in the afternoon and water might get into it. But to my surprised the sponge inside was wet too! Very disappointed. Both are wet and soapy. Pls advice. I can send you the photo if needed. |

Dear customer the sponge is meant to be wet cause the sponge must be wet and fresh ( cause you see those that dry up and are like Rock are those keep on shelves too long ) you can try hanging if on rack and let it dry for 3 days and you will find that it because harder but don't worry.. You just have to put it hot water for two hours and it will be ok |

I know this is by Singapore normal mail, so item lost can be occured. But just want to check how long it normally takes to receive my item . It was sent on 18 March and I still haven't received it. And my address is #03-242 , Commonwealth Crescent, 140108. Just to confirm whether you sent to correct address or not.
