  I only started using the happycall pan recently but the silicon rubber keeps coming out. I suspected that i had bought an imitation and i actually went to isetan to compare my pan to the authentic pan they had on display. To my horror, as i compared, i realised that i had really bought a fake pan. The colour of the rubber, the rivets on the pan and the shape of the vent hole are all ckear signs that the pan you sent me is a fake. I'm extremely upset as one should not cheat people, especially for items that will endanger my whole family's health. I want a refund as i have already bought the authentic pan from heap seng itself. I have not tried to approach qoo to lodge a complain but i have tried unsuccessfully to change my review. I will still try to change my review so that other consumers will not be taken in....who knows how poisonous fake silicon and fake pan coating can be when we cook at such temperatures. Would you feed ur family with cook you cook in this fake pan?

Hi Puay Puay, I have processed with the refund via gmarket. I am terribly sorry for it as I was cheated by the seller claiming he is selling the authentic pan. I have however contacted the korea authentic seller. I am really sorry about it.

  Hi. Bought the pan about a week ago. Received it on wed. It worked great for the first 2 uses, and then the metal thing came out. The one for preventing oil from leaking. Please advice. Just fried chicken wings and stuff, and then it came out. Change of pans would be great if possible.
