FYI under the Term & conditions governing Seller and Buyer, you can claim your cash refund from Qoo10 Customer service, I dont have your money. We have no confirmation on the status of your normal post parcel so we suggest you claim for cash refund instead. You didnt loose out anway. |

As you can see most reviews mentioned fast delivery unless your parcel is lost in mail. I dont see your record of order here its a blank enquiry so for refund Qoo10 honoured refund but you need to contact them and that is a procedure. if the parcel is already lost I cannot resend again you can ask for cash refund with Qoo10 customer service directly. |

Kindly uncheck delivered item as I have not received the item till date.
You promised to send on the following week after my first enquiry 2 weeks after 14th April and deliver personally to my house, but i had still not received the items from yourself.
