  Hi. I contacted Eurasia on Tuesday (10 Jul) and the staff suggested me to collect from their office at Bukit Batok. If not, the office will return the items to seller. I gave the tracking no. to the staff and informed her that I would pick them up yesterday (12 Jul).

When I reached the office, the staff said the parcel was being passed to the driver for re-delivering. The coordination is bad and I did not received it yesterday when I reached home.

Btw, I would also like to feedback that the driver did not leave a delivery notice memo when I was not at home during the first delivery.

Eurasia needs to improve their service. Very disappointed.
