Hi,
fre-C SUN PROTECTOR is a newer version of sun product from SKIN&LAB which origins from Perfect Sun Block(The 2012 product which is now out of stock).
It's ok to use when swimming or outing. As I already comment on the earlier post, children over 6 year old can use all our products so except your 2 year old baby, you can apply the SUN PROTECTOR to your children.

it's safe for both body and face usage.
For your 2 year old baby, I'd like to recommend specialized baby products since she/he is too young to use cosmetic products.
Children over 6 year old can freely use all our range of products.
