  dear seller,

i have also called gmarket to make a verbal complain on the 27th June. And when i was preparing to write in to them with the photos of the wrong chairs & how you have deliberately ignore our repeated complains & finally you replied on the 28th.

As per my earlier message, i too want my chairs that i paid for. After using the coupons & all these waiting, i DO NOT WANT a refund. You should sent us the correct chairs, delivered with all the correct parts & in Good Condition.

Contact us as soon as possible, with the date you have sent out the chairs with Valid tracking number & when we can expect to see the deliveryman coming to sent the chairs. The deliveryman can collect the wrong chairs in return, when we recieve our correct items that we have paid for.

  Seller, i do not want a refund. I want what i ordered. I Went through all the hassle to make payment, use my coupons i bought, waited for my items to arrive. I dont want to do all these and in the end i didnt get the item i want. Please arrange to resend what i order and i will return the wrong item to the delivery man when i receive my item. If you are worried , you can instruct the deliveryman to only release the goods when ive return them on the same day. Please get your deliveryman to call me asap for the redelivery. And please give me a reply ASAP , not only when i escalate this to gmarket.
