I place the order on the 26/03/2013 and notice that have been sent out on the 31/03/2013. Have check with the seller on the delivery status after 2 weeks have pass and seller reply back quite fast on the answer. On the 18/04/2013 the items arrive and give a test on 21/04/2013 on the basic cleaning overall easy to install and work well. Try it on the bed and floor tile and seem quite clean after using.

Delivery slow as seller does not have stock. Should be mention in item details. Item tested working but the steam not continuous as would be expected. Steam comes in a stream then stop for a while then come again. Also cleaning power not as would be expected. Tries to spray at some grime left from long time toothpaste stain but cannot get rid. But d mopping floor and sterilizing should be good.

Received in 18 days after ordering. Used the duster to clean fan, it mess the floor and dust along the cage became balls and hard to remove unless with brush. Cleaning in toilet using shower-head & wipe dry later is much faster & easier. Then used to mop floor, took 2 cloths for just living room, same issue, dusts were pushed into corners and since mop head is round, dusts settle in corner. End up did more bending and tire my back. Using spin mop will be much faster & easier coz can cover more area. And this is pretty heavy. Conclusion, it's useful to remove sticky stains on floor. Using spin mop, I gotta use my foot to rub the stains. I will probably use this just to disinfect or stubborn stains.

I strongly discourage anyone to buy from seller as the seller is not honest at all. Firstly, the delivery took more than 7 days to arrive, post a question to the seller and recevied the item 2 days later. Secondly, when i received the item. The box was dented but I don't really care as what most important is the mop. But to me surprise the mop is a USED set. Pls look at the pic!! There are two brush head one of it I can believe that it's new but the other one... The wrapping is torn and user manual is full of marks and prints. The charger head is old and dusty. I don't know what is the seller doing and i'm super disappointed. I will definitely request for a FULL REFUND!!! p/s: Pls do not bother to select the print out receipt for warranty as i did not receive it after selecting.
