Dear Ms Aw,
We are sorry to hear that you have not received your item to date.
We are a relatively new platform and we are still in the process of continually improving our operations. However, having said that, we are very serious about the quality of the products we represent and the delightful customers' experience we strive to create.
Delay of shipment is perhaps one of our utmost concern right now.
You see, for now, as our volume has not reach the threshold volume needed to get the full attention of manufacturers, they are only willing to deposit a relatively small amount of stocks with us. When demand for a product surges, stocks ran out faster then we can manage. We usually re-orders stocks when it reaches the pre-set number. Manufacturers will then make arrangement to re-send the next batch of stocks. Often time, delays occur when items are delayed in customs or worst, when it reaches our warehouse, the items are unable to meet our QC standards; in which case, we have to push for them sending another shipment.
The items in your order failed to pass our QC so we have asked the manufacturer to resend the whole batch of items. We shipped out your item to you on the 22 August 2012.
