They are both same quality, but faceshop one hot extra rubber behind to erase any wrong drawing and costs slightly more, but if don't want glitter, then holika would be better. If you want to cancel, I can refund you. Sorry about that.

Hi, i am sorry for delay, both the items you ordered should arrive today from Korea and we will send out immediately. I am quite sure the charcoal is available but if the holika black is unavailable, would you lile to change to #2 (its similar, but has a bit of glitter, or you want to change to faceshop make me star gel liner #1) so that I can send out immediately

Hi, your item was sent out on 8 nov, which is Thursday. They probably process on Friday, sat and Sunday no delivery. Yesterday holiday. Please give them 3-5 working days, not including weekends and holiday, as per singpost website. Thanks.

  I received my items yesterday and the light pink (08) eyeliner was received in good condition. Thanks. However, the bottom cap of my white eyeliner (07) was broken and the tip of the eyeliner chipped out after I opened it. Please advise.

hi, how did the tip of eyeliner chip off? as the tip is soft, when accidently press on it, it will break. You can sharpen it to extend it again. the back of the eyeliner can be fixed back with glue. the back has no usage or purpose. we send the items sealed to customers, so we can't the condition inside. however, please email me at gabgabstore@gmail.com if you would like to exchange.
