Bought 2set at promo $35each.. compared to another seller that i bought at $62each.. this one dont feel cool by nature.. guess have to put in freezer before use. the $62 one no need to put in freezer i can feel coldness already.

Received the items in good packaging. Item check in OK condition. But one corner the seams thread has tear off. To me...is still OK. Delivery time takes around 10 days. Would be great If the timing is less than 1week.

Item crystallized after first use. Wrote to enquire to seller but answer seems to suggest that seller do not understand what i was trying to describe. Seller advised to leave the whole mat in room temp water for a few hours and crystals will dissolve. But after i followed instructions, crystals were harder than before. Tempted to ask for refund but procrastinated till now, which is already almost 1 month after purchase.
