Appointment made a week in advance but still made to wait for 30 mins before we got out rooms. Excuse was that I DID NOT MAKE THE APPOINTMENT AT THE AGREED TIMING even though the timing was given to me by the receptionist. Then they said I did not pick up my phone when they tried to reconfirm the appointment even though no attempts were made to reach me! Actual hands on service was little, made me laid on the bed for more than 50 mins altogether just for the facial masks. Advice: Do not go to the outlet at Telok Ayer St. Horrible waiting experience. Service level much lower than other outlets. I had wonderful service at Cuppage last year. The lady who attended to me was with me almost 70% of the time.
