I have have sent u the photos of the cracked container which i recieved on 9 jul. Its been two weeks and i have not heard anything or delivery timing for the replacement. I have waited a total of about 1 month inclusive of first delivery. |

dear customer :) actually you can refer to the you tube video on our website cause it actually show you how to use it ** actually the trick is to use 2 hand to bang it hard then for the apple blade, there is actually a round green top to be fix to the main green cover :) cause with that, it is easy to cut.. actually the smallest blade is more for mash item, if you use the medium blade should be ok :)
