Dear Customer,
Your order was made on the 31 Aug. We have shipped out the merchandise on the 1 Sep.
As you have opted for normal mail, we have no way of tracing it for you.
Kindly note, Singpost has changed their official SLA for normal mail to be 3-5 working days (http://www.singpost.com/send-documentparcel.html) .
Having said that, we also have some customers that actually received the package after 2-3 weeks.
Please kindly wait patiently for your item to reach you.
If the item still did not reach you 3 weeks after the shipped date, you can raise a non receipt claim or contact us again. |

Please do not worry. We have upgraded your package to courier service by Wheelsxpress.
There is no tracking number but our courier service guy will come and pick up the package tomorrow and will deliver to you within 2 days (latest by Thur). |
