I'm using the pen camcorder up to 2GB before. The same card, I empty the card before insert to car key camcorder. I make sure its not the card fault before feedback because the card is not from you.

It's ok if there is no intention of exchange from your side. A 'good' experience is good!

I bought 2 at a time, 'BOTH' record time only takes 15mins ~ 20mins. I am sure my SD card have 8G memory. I thought at least i have another one, but disappointed. Please suggest what can i do with the BOTH 15mins recorder?

It seems that your SD card is not normal. Please try to record with a new SD card again. You can record 1.5-2 hours with 8 GB SD card. Thanks.

I am now charging it.
However, the computer did not detect any device.
Do i need to charge it for a few hours? or On the device?

1.Please insert micro SD card into card slot first. After that, please connect it to PC with USB cable.
2.If you connect to PC with USB cable first and then insert micro SD card into card slot, PC often does not detect the memory.
3.Please charge it for 2 hours.
