  1st of all, I have placed my order with you on 19 July 2012 but received on 03 August 2012.

The cutting is small, thus, have requested for an exchange via email.

Further to your email replied dated 06 August 2012, you have mentioned that I should expect my exhanged items to reach me at an estimated time of 10 to 14 days after I have send out my exhange by post with postage payment enclosed.

I did extactly what you have instructed me and had it send to you on the 08 August 2012.

Now is already 06 SEPTEMBER 2012, definately more than the days you have told me but where are my items?

You are a Singapore based Seller in the East area and NOT an OVERSEAS Seller, how long do you need for 2 pairs of shorts to be delivered by Singpost?

Is our Singapore based ~ SingPost service that ineffcient?

Unfortunately never received the 2 pants ordered to be shipped for 406197743. Have more than 20 successful purchases at other sellers in q00. this is the first negative experience. Write off?
