Hi.. I bought this item few months ago (order no : 26324880).. Upon 3rd time usage.. The machine suddenly trip & stop functioning.. We have trouble shoot the problem in many ways but can't seem to get the machine to work.. Hence.. I would like to know how could I send this machine for repair given it's under warranty (1 year).. Please advise..

Didn't realise that the model sent to me were either a old one (somemore, not stainless steel as stated) or a counterfeit product. As such, I would like to seek a refund on my purchases.
Even though the machine was used and it performed to my satisfaction, but you failed to deliver your promises by sending me a different product. Also, the safety issues of this product may not be tested too since it is not the promised original ones with stainless steel. Furthermore, the authenticity of this item remains at large.
As a consumer, I have every right to demand for a refund if the product that I purchased does not match what I ordered. If I do not hear from you, I will lodge an official complain with Gmarket and CASE Singapore respectively. |

When can I receive my refund?
I have sent 3 emails to your email account, posted twice on this board (3rd time this round). The goods have been returned to your Courier co- Eurasia as I told them I will not accept the deliveries as the products are not what the seller represented prior to purchase. Pls refund my $74 X2 sets=$148 asap. |
