  I used to be a customers of New York Skin Solution (NYSS) but a unsatisfied one...

I was a student when I started their service. Spent about SGD $5k for 21 sessions. NYSS even tried to short changed me of one session!

Let me further elaborate:
Just like any other service, initially, they will treat you very good. Like how? They will accommodate to your timing (: will sweet talk you and etc. There will be one beauty consultant that will be assigned to you and she will ensure that she will follow up you till your sessions finish.

But I was wrong. They didn't. When they are busy and they have others better customers, they will attend to them first based on the income level. Since higher income means they will spend more ! And your beauty consultant will assign some free (mostly newbie) to do your treatment... That is waste of one treatment since the newbie are lack in experiences and dare not touch your face that much. But can't blame them.

There was once, my beauty consultant forget about me. After putting a cooling mask (usually about 10mins) before extraction, she went to have her lunch... And she left me lying in the bed for about 1 hour just for a stupid cooling mask and the room is freaking cold.. Later that consultant came back and didn't even apologize....

There still more but I am lazy to write....

In the end, I stopped all the remaining treatments and exchanged for their products which I didn't use since it caused red spot on my face........ What a waste of my money and I'm a student only...

In conclusion, it is your call to decide if you want to start this treatment.

PS : ( seeing a specialist skin doctor will be a better choice)

  Yesterday i bought the GSS Special $18 voucher from Qoo10.when i call the clementi branch for appointment then they say i am not a first time customer and can not use the voucher.so i want re fund for my voucher.
