As the packaging is big and unable to slot into the letter box, did you receive any advice from Singpost to collect the item at the branch itself?

Thanks for the reply. My postman NV comes up to pass me any bulky items. I always have to wait 2 whole mths for the nondelivery slip to be slotted in my mailbox. Have made numerous complains already but no use. I think I'll go down to post office to check on fri. Hopefully they can help me check. Thanks!
