  hello, i ordered and paid for 6 bags, however, i only receive 5. I did not receive my white bag.

out of the 5 bags I received, 3 of them are good and nice. the other 2 I cant seem to pump air in. I thin there is somewhere leaking air out. pls refund or exchange. disappointed. the two defective bag are in pink and brown.

I just received my green bag. Order 27711324, cart no 80131756. The front side of the bag leaked air. After pumping, the front side went flat. I tried a few times, then I heard the air letting out from one hole. Can I have a replacement please? Thank you.

I just receive my pink IROMOTSU Fashion Bag on Saturday Afternoon (28 July 2012) and on Sunday (29 July 2012) i pump it up, at one side the air is running out, and is from one of the ring, i try a few time by using the air pump to pump air, but the air still running out and i cant fully pumped, this is faulty can i do exchange?
