We spoke.& i have explain to you over the phone. I wish you can understand my problem.

I am sorry I have done many complaint regard my machine is not working at all since Feb 13 till now. I wish you can help me to solve the problem as soon as possible.

I have try to charge at few different power point, still can not work & Continue let machine to be charge for few hour also no working......

Please help.

I am sorry to info you the machine cannot be charge again.

After the machines not battery, I need to recharges but is cant charge!
