With regards to the warranty,
You had had put a very BIG 5 years warranty on your page in Qoo10. I had check with Vector Magnetics pte ltd on their website stated that you guys is one of the dealers. But Why is there no Sticker/logo on your product: "Distributed by Vector Magnetics Pte Ltd, Keep receipt and packing for warranty"

5 Years warranty by Sandisk Singapore. Vector magnetics is one of the distributor, there are other two distributors in singapore. Our goods are not parallel. you can email to sandisk singapore directly for all verification. We do not do parallel import. |
