Hi seller, there is a thin film on the solar panel and I am wondering should it be removed as it was so well sticked to all 4 sides leaving no allowance or a little stick out for one to hold to tear it off. If need to remove kindly advise on how to remove it. Thanks and have a good day! |

Hi there, I had bought one of the charger as christmas present. Recently then the receiver tried using the solar charger and realised that it is faulty. It is unable to be fully charged and also cannot be use to charge devices.
Kindly advise if a change is possible. |

It has passed 3 months already since the goods was delivered to you.
As we posted it on the website, the full warranty period is within 7 days after the delivery date. We bear all expenses on our account during the full warranty period. If the full warranty period was over but within one month after the delivery date, you should bear the postage from Singapore to Korea on your account. Then, we will bear the freight from Korea to Singapore on our account and send a new one to you. If it has passed more than one month but within one year after the delivery date, you have to bear two way shipping cost on your account. So to speak, you have to bear the postage from Singapore to Korea(about S$10.00-S$14.00) on your account and also you have to pay the freight from Korea to Singapore, S$6.90 to us separately.
Now, you need to bear two way shipping cost on your account because it has passed more than one month since the goods was delivered to you.
You can pay the shipping cost from Korea to Singapore, S$6.90 to us as follows.
1.Please purchase 1 pc of vacuum bag type A from our shop, Space Saving Storage Vacuum bag, item code 405793763(http://list.qoo10.sg/g/405793763). The amount including a shipping rate is S$6.90(S$3.40 + S$3.50 = S$6.90).

In case you charge it with the sun light, you need to charge it for 40-45 hours. So, we recommend you to charge it under the direct sunlight in an emergency case only. Please charge it with a plug adapter normally. Thanks! |

The input current of the solar recharge is 130mA maximum. This means that you need to charge it for 40 hours under the direct sunlight. You can use solar recharge in the emergency case only.
