Dear Cherry, I expected more nonsense from you. Whatever you claimed about the tracking I didn’t receive any notification for the registered mail. Anyway, all this nonsense are wasting my time. Just give me back my refund. You can return me just S$42.41 (without the register mail cost. Attached is the proof. Please watch your word before you said we made nonsense.
All resgistered mail infromation was still in your account right now. This is proof enough that we provided you your tracking number but you didn't even bother to collect your own parcel.
All our buyer will offer to pay us postage to re-send and happy with our service. I hope you don't over the limit. We are kind enough for you.
We will check the procedure with Qoo10 and seller can only make refund through Qoo10 system.

The refund can only done via Qoo10 system.
If you requested the posted fee then how about we re-send to you two time due to wrong address given?
Please be fair as you didn't claim your parcel even those we have provided you the tracking number. You tracking number still can view via Qoo10 System now.
Your parcel was in Sing Post for 14 days but you didn't event claim for it.
If you want refund plus posted fee this is not possible as we did deliver the parcel to you.

Dear Cherry, Just to clarify, I never rec’d your proof of re-send. Maybe it was lost in transmission. After the two failed mails you spoke of twice to meet up with me in town. But each time after I mentioned to meet in Huogang or Serangoon MRT (to my convenience, as I paid for registered mail), you just magically stop replying my mails. Only with continuous emails to you, did you reply and you were the one whom initiated for an alternative address, not me! I was actually silly enough to believe your integrity and gave you a new address, waiting like a fool again. When you replied it was a wrong address, I confirmed it was and asked you to please let me know when you mail out the package. Again, no more emails or corresponds from you! I had to follow up with emails and still no responses! It was till I started to voice out in Qooo market did you bother to reply me promptly.
Yesterday I finally received your 2 dresses. Attached is just one of the pictures illustrating the terrible condition of the dresses. Alarmingly torn! And the sewing was of horrifying quality!
IT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I WANT A REFUND! |

We did indicated your tracking number in Qoo10 order system but you didn't claim your parcel. That's why sing post had to return it back to us.
Given that some buyer who give incomplete address but they did get they parcel.
What proof do you need? Please check your SMS for the proof as we did send you the picture and request for another address. Are you simply just play with us on that?
We did check the product before we mail out but of course a lot of thing is not within our control.
Please mail back the item for refund.

My mistake is to give you the wrong address once.
Your mistake is your super slow responses which had ran my patience thin after 2 months.
On the same day I order the two dresses from you, I ordered another 2 dresses from another vendor as well. They too experienced the first wrong address. Their forwarder called me and I gave them the unit # and I received it instantly.
“You was mentioned to us you will not be in town and that is why caused the item been delayed”, this was the 3rd attempted to mail over the item to me, on 3rd Sept. I was away for work I asked you to inform me when you are mailing it out. Did you?
This 3rd attempt wasn’t in discussion till I asked for the refund in the first place, on 22 Aug 2012.
After I placed so many enquiries on Qooo, you then bother to reply me promptly.
If you did this in the first place, you think I will bother to do all this now?

We did call you once we received your return mail and ask for correct address.
You had gave us your unit number but your item again return back to us from Sing Post.
We did send you a picture for the proof that we did re-send to you.
Now you gave us totally defferent address and we did mail out to you as well. We had check with Sing Post and you shall receive it by this week.
If there is no return mail from Sing Post mean it was successful deliver.
As i mentioned there is no point for us to keep your item. All our buyer already receive it on time.

First time was my fault coz I didn't give full address.
2nd time I gave full address. Still failed. U didn't bother to follow up till I emailed you more than 4Xs before you replied!
U suggested to meet town area MRT. I said I paid registered mail. I suppose meeting at Huogang MRT to my convenience shld be my call.
After my suggestion, u again stopped replying my emails for weeks!!!!
U didn't reply till I finally ask for refund.
Then u asked for another address u can deliver.
I decided to trust u one more. Gave u an address. U said it's not full address. I confirmed it is, and asked to inform me when u deliver.
After tht. Nothing!
You did not bother to inform me when u gtg to mail me my waited-2 mths dresses!
Two months of waiting having to email you for more than 15 Xs!!!!!
I don't think I want to trust you anymore.
I wrote 3 emails to you asking for refund. You didn't bother to reply again!!!
I had to come to Qoo10, search for you and ask for a refund!!
