I had the robot sweeper for 3 months now but the usage is less then 3 times. When I wanna use it this week, the robot sweeper starts to malfunction. It is only moving in a semi-circular pattern, on the same spot.
is it possible to have a refund for the product as it is not what was stated in the website!!!! |

I have recieved the above item and but it stop functioning since 2 Aug 2012. It does not perform its function as advertised and the wheel actually came out less than 2 weeks . I have written to Gmart since 2 Aug 2012 but did not received any reply. Please advise what can i do to get a replacement or otherwise I want a refund |
