  Dear seller,
I have received the product yesterday and tried to use it but apparently the product is faulty.
Firstly, probably due to poor design, the given pins are rather hard to push in, generally will stuck somewhere along the gap and I have been following the instructions clearly.
Next, the pins hardly aligned correctly when it is fully loaded, it will jam the pins when it is being punched onto a wooden plane. Tried a few times and wasted most of the bullets, when it is finally punched through, due to the gap of the opening is too small or certain misaligned mechanism, the pin will be stuck on the wall with its cap stuck on the gun itself, as shown on the picture provided.
So far two belts have been used and none of it been successfully punched and stick to the wall. I'm rather disappointed with the product. Is it possible to ask for a refund?
