  Posted this two times and was told I'd get a reply before 6pm on business day but no response so far. Order nunber: 38759550. For Santa Reinbit, there is no option to select the colour. I assumed it would be black in colour as shown in the pic. However I received a red one instead. Even within the packaging, the item has a tag with a picture illustrating the black costume, yet the item itself is red (refer to attached photo). Please advise on how I can get the correct colour (Black).

Hi, we only had red colour sold in this listing. Thus there is no colours to select from the listing. If you like to purchase other colours, you will have to click on the picture to link to another listing as instructed on the site. If you buy from this current site, the red one will be sent. If you only have red colour in the listing, then WHY did you have pictures of pink, black and red? Most buyers would scroll down, see the piece they like, note that name / serial number, then proceed to select from the drop-down menu. Instead for your page you need to click on the black picture, to bring you to another page to order the black one. I find this very ambiguous, as you stock the black one in your shop but it is not available from the menu. This isn't very fair to buyers as you did NOT specify on the page whether it is pink, red or black by default. So are you saying you are not willing to exchange the item for the colour I want?

As replied, the instruction were stated at the bottom of each picture and were easy to understand and follow. Yes, we do not allow for exchanges due to hygiene reason.

What you are talking about is an alternative way to purchase the product, which is to click on the picture to bring you to a separate page. There is also the main way, which is to simply use the drop-down menu provided on the main page. If you are buying multiple pieces it's stupid to click on every single picture and open 10 windows to buy 10 products. Don't try to hide that there is a problem with your main interface which does not allow for the colour option. Why does your main interface say 'colour: as shown' when there are 3 colours shown? And why not clarify with the buyer since your page doesn't mention that red is the default? Don't try to blame this on me, you should have included the options black, pink and red. Or else you should not have shown black and pink pieces on your page. If can't exchange you should refund or give me the correct piece. I will be appealing this case for sure. Thanks. (Attached is the screen shot showing the colour options. There is no default colour

Assumption is dangerous. Likewise, we can also assume you had wanted to purchase the red piece since it was the first photo shown. Communication is a 2 way thing, u can also drop us an enquiry to clarify if u had doubt before purchase, just like what you are doing now, no? Assumption is dangerous - and yet you assumed I wanted the red? So when someone orders something from you and there are three available colours, you as the seller would ASSUME the buyer wants red? If I go buy an iPhone for example and I did not specify the colour and storage, can SingTel then randomly assign me any colour of phone, with any amount of storage space, randomly? Obviously they would ASK me at least whic model I want right? It is the seller's duty to clarify which product the customer wants. Stop making a fool of yourself, just admit you made a mistake. The drop down menu was poorly created and ambiguous. I will also be calling my credit card to contest the payment. Not just with Qoo10.

If you had just apologised for your error I would have let the case drop. But since you were rude and told me 'assumption is a dangerous thing', I have decided to pursue this case with my bank. I have called UOB to dispute the charges to my credit card and they have told me I do have a case as your main menu is indeed lacking a colour option. The entire charge of 46.3 SGD is now being investigated. So we shall see if it's the seller's or buyer's duty to clarify about colour options. We shall see if it's right for the seller to ASSUME that the default colour is red, when no such thing is mentioned on the menu.
