Hi, the bag i have received has grossly different measurement and specifications as on your website. Did you misrepresent yourself or sent me a wrong bag?
- You stated width 8cm and length 25cm, but i have width 5cm and length 23cm on the bag i received from you. You had the width grossly misstated on your website.
- You stated there is a 'cell phone pocket', but there is none in the bag i received.
