Hi Seller. I am Jeremy and a staff of Qoo10. Recently bought your XPower Smart Charger. DId a test over the weekend and seems like the 2.4 and the Qualcomm 3.0 in terms of charging speed seems the same. Tested between 5 and 10 mins. Also, charged 2 mobile phones at one go and charging speed was really slow.

Is the product defective? Seems like its not working according to spec.

I was charging my phone and portable speaker then out of sudden the charger had a pop sound . I removed the charging cable and it continued to pop . I off the power plug and saw that the charger had a wiff of smoke and there is a burnt smell . now my iphone 6s is DEAD !!!! and so is the portable speaker . how are you going to compensate my iphone 6s !!!!!! ????? I can ignore the speaker but my phone is gone because of this stupid charger !!!! I want an answer !!!!!! You said that the item has safety mark but i did not see any , are you sure you are certified ?!?!? Cause if not the charger would have just blown instead of my phone and speaker blowing up .
