Highly Recommend Fast delivery, still trying to figure out to operate

Ordered on Friday afternoon, and received on Tuesday evening. Fast delivery if it indeed came from China. Operated on default mode and it is a bit erratic at first. Trying to sync with App and hopefully will have better control.

Highly Recommend Received :)

Ordered on 5/10 and received on 9/10. Good vacuuming of the house. A lot of dust were collected and show a map of the area it had vacuum. From the app can choose how it sound in a few language. But it took almost 2 hrs to completely vacuum my house.

Highly Recommend Xiaomi robot vacuum

Tested it last few days. Works like a charm . Obstacle avoidance is superior. Loose wires on the floor will cause it to get stuck but that is Normal with any robot vacuum . Low rugs no problem. Wheels can clear 1 cm rug , well designed in fact with a lot of vertical play / springs to give robot the ability to climb . Definitely worth the money at one quarter the cost of top of the range irobot 980 .more review

If I order today, when will the robot be delivered? If I self collect, when the earliest date for me to do e collection?

For the warranty, will the repairs be done locally or does it need to be sent back to China?

Delivery once payment confirmed before 12pm will shipped out on the day else next day. Collection, once qoo10 send you the evoucher code you can just come down to collect within our operating hour. Warranty cover by us only internal damage, not physical&water damage.

Hello sorry i think it just cant turn on. I put it back to the dock station it will charge awhile then it ejected itself from the docking station. And when it is not at the docking station. It cannot turn on. No matter wat i do it just no reaction
