Cart 111643506 and cart 111644244. I always give prompt response and I also note in my order. You havd cancelled first and refund then inform me if one of them out of stock so I cannot change item. I think it is your trick. Also I have informed you to cancel all items BEFORE SHIPMENT, but you still ship out other items. I always messages to pay attention my note and all messages. I stay in Singapore until tomorrow so I cannot receive the item because you dont read my note and messages.
I am very disappointed to your sevice.
Please refund all because I will not receive the items. Thank you

I just read Q&A from some customers. You often cancel one item reason out of stock and send other items. I dont know it is a trick from seller or qoo.
If one of them cancel (reason always out of stock) the customer only receive a small refund. Example I buy at S$ 10.2 and I only receive refund S$ 0.2.
The refund is unreasonable.

Usually out of stock situation, we will send a message to the buyer.
Without prompt response, we can only cancel the order out of stock and send other order in time.
Because we can't wait all the time, it's not allowed.

I note that you have to send all order. If one of them out of stock you have to cancel all items not partial. You have cancel all and refund all not partial. If you dont read my note and messages before shipment, it is your false and your risk. The items you have sent will be missing because I cannot receive them and you have to refund all.

Regarding my cart 111643506 and cart 111644244. Please cancel all order (8 items) if you cannot send all. Dont cancel part of them. I will not receive partial order. If you send partial please cancel delivery because the items you have sent will be missing and I will not receive them.
For your information qoo forward your messages about changing out of stock on 8 Jul 07.10 but the item out of stock cancelled and refund on 7 Jul 23.22 before I change it so I cannot change it because status refund and delivery.
I am very disappointed about very bad qoo's sevice. Why qoo forward an information after cancel part of the items and change status delivery? So please cancel all orders and cancel delivery.
