Well after 10 months, I finally was able to figure out how to retrieve the refund. If someone was more helpful with the instructions promptly, this unpleasant experience could have been avoided. Case closed now.

Well, I'm not sure where the problem is. I never received two items I ordered and have been waiting patiently since January for the refund. Even though the status has been updated as refunded, I never received the money. In the mean time, I've refrained from shopping here. Would really appreciate an explanation of what's going on.
