Hi, If you dont mind bust area is tight fitting you actually can take size L (bust 94cm waist 80cm). If prefer loose and comfortable, then will be size XL (bust 98cm waist 84cm).

Hi, your measurement converted to cm is bust85-waist70~71. It's better to take size M, usually allow 2~3cm bigger will be more comfortable and acceptable for most ppl. 84cm for your height is ok, should be 12-14cm above your knee. You can measure your own dress length and compare both, see if it's ok for you.
