Hi there,

I have received both of my black color shawl today. But i found that both also having some defect:

1. the string of the button is not probably sew, make a lot of access string tangled behind it. Please refer to picture shawl 1-1 & 2.

2. this shawl is tore at the edge of the sewing part. Please refer to picture shawl 2-1&2.

Actually i have buy the similar item from other seller from Q0010 before, their shawl quality is much better in term of material used and workmanship. I have taking my risk to order from your company and give your company a chance, but seems like i have make a wrong choice.

Kindly revert how to resolve this or worst case i will request for refund. :(
