Hi, how does the motion detector work? I bought 3. One of which whatever sensitivity i used, the motion detector doesn't turn on the camera recording when engine is off. The other, i set sensitivity to 1, it records the whole night!
Also, I bought a Rocam and returned it through post due to the faulty micro SD spring lock, pls let me know if you have received it?
Very disappointed for having spent $500 on all these cameras with the quality. |

Dear customer,
This camera actually captures very good quality videos both night time and night. For the motion detection. please take note that motion detection may not work well in the low light condition at night in carpark. Personally I don't think any product selling even $400 has very good motion detection function at night.

Hi, i bought 3 of these. Turn Motion detector "On" and set sensitivity to "8" (the highest) but it doesn't turn on even if i wave my hands right before it. Is it spoilt or there's something else I need to do? Manual doesn't mention anything. |

Dear Sam,
I have received the replacement cam on Wednesday 17 Oct. I tried it out today and very disappointed to find out that the camera is not in good working order. The lower left button which is supposed to be the select button is functioning like an OFF button, each time I press it, the camera switches off. Extremely disappointed that the quality is not worth what I have paid for. This is the 2nd cam that has problems, can you either consider a working cam for replacement or a full refund on this purchase. Thank you, I await your swift reply, I drive daily, the cam is a necessity in my line of work and not a luxury. Thank you. You can also contact me at my email.
