As per previous inquiry here, your staff denied the rightful conditons of this voucher, hence resulted the excess payment incurred. While this could have solved efficiently, you chose to ignore your customers here and placed the marketing / customer relations in a very bad light here.
Seemed like the another customer of yours also have been patient with the amount of time given. This is showing your pettiness as well. You could have save the reputation. |

Precisely. There is no t&c state that have to be same flavors. This deal has been here for some time, many many redemptions been done. I bought 2 vouchers and present to your cashier. I told her I want each of 4 the flavors. She said have to be same flavor. i was thinking same value why cannot.. thought I missed that t&c so I asked her, what about getting 2nd free one at lower value. So that I can get different flavor. She said OK. So she charged me (2.50*2) . free (2*1.80) + toppings (2*0.50) = $6. I did tally the amount with her as i thought should be that calculation.
In fact she could have charged 2.50 free 2.50..1.80 free 1.80..total (2.50+1.80+topping$1) isnt it?????! Thats extra 70c! Felt cheated!
I have to comment there was a young lady who was giving up samples and recommended me what type If toppings as well as reminded me to be careful when consuming with the soybean powder. |

Hi Shihui, you are free to choose any flavor you like for the 1-for-1 beancurd.
However, do note that the free beancurd should be of equivalent value or less. E.g. if you purchase a beancurd at $2.50, you may redeem a free beancurd of the same value or at a lower value of $1.80. However if you purchase the beancurd at $1.80, you may only redeem a free beancurd at that same value.

I concur with the enquiry posted by another buyer.
My order ID for the above is 80001447, for 2X eTickets. The advertisement, if not misleading, is definitely not clear. I showed up at MOF this Tue, and was told that I need to top up for the beancurd. That was not what I expected. I declined any purchase/topup on the spot & left without any beancurd. I demand a full refund even if it is less than S$1. Qoo10 team/Seller should state clearer information, give scenarios etc. Your information definitely leaves a lot of room for interpretation. I was told by the MOF waiter that I'm not the only who have misinterpret the message! |

Hi GK, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. As far as our promotional tie-up with Qoo10 is concerned, the condition for free entitlement of 1 beancurd comes only with purchase of 1 beancurd, irregardless of the cost of purchasing the e-ticket from Qoo10.
By far, hundreds have came forward to redeem their offer without any misunderstanding whatsover, but we do recognize a handful of customers who unfortunately had a different expectation of the offer. We have since given our feedback to Qoo10 regarding this issue.
