Many thanks for your kind reply.

I'm totally ok that you are not able to ship out the item fast but I think to prevent similar incident on the initial non delivery from happening with other buyers in the future, you might want to consider to use other shipping company since this current shipping company that you are using is not honest as for my case, the item was not delivered at first but instead shipping company company claimed that the item was delivered.

Anyway, appreciate your assistance to resolve the issue.
