  It's been a month since I've ordered my item. I've enquired with you twice, and both times I was informed that the shipping company had lost the mail and you would send me a replacement. However, I have yet to receive the item in my mail after a whole month.

Today, I just received a notification informing me that there was some stock issue and the item can only be shipped to me on 30 Oct instead. Why would you tell me that the item was misplaced if it is a stock issue?

I am confused and unhappy with the customer service, and I've waited too long for my item. I would like to request for an immediate refund.
