when i open up the clothes drying hook, some of the clips and the spring were in pieces. I couldnt fix it back, hence i could only use a few clips for drying baby towel.

I guess the wrapping was too tight and there is pressure on it, that is y the clips all dismantled and break off from the hanger.
Can you re-deliver a new perfect pc with courier?
