Not Recommend Logistics problem

Chose 10 - 12pm delivery. Saw that my parcel was still at the QX West centre at 11.30am. I called Qxpress. They told me to use Qoo10 app. I sent seller an immediate message through the app and at his qxpress email to request for a 5-8pm delivery as I had to be at the hospital. Called Qoo10 for advice but they told me to call Qxpress. Qxpress then tells me again to refer to Qoo10. I was notified via sms that delivery would be between 11 - 12pm. Around 2.30pm, i contacted the delivery staff and found out that he was filling in for the original QX quick crew as the crew's vehicle stalled. I decided to rush home. While i waited, i took a look at the driver's location via the satellite thru app. 1 second he is in Tuas, then the next he is in Changi and then he is back at Tuas in the 3rd min. He msged to say he will arrive in 10mins at 2.45pm. He reached around 3pm. If not for this stand in crew's pleasant and soft spoken manner, I would have flipped. He said the satellite tracking function is not accurate. QX delivery customer service told me seller is a big company and sells loads of stuff/ is busy etc. So does that mean they can ignore my messages? Till date, QX delivery staff did not call back like they said they would. Instead, seller finally replies when I confirmed receipt of the item with a nonchalant, "item received, is there a problem?" Small item in a dirty looking unsealed outer box arrived in a 25 × 13.5 × 12 cm large carton box. Not sure if it's QC problem or the item thrashed about while in transit. The charcoal powder is all over the place. No manufactured date either. No matter how good this product is or how big the company selling it is, if the seller has an attitude problem and customer gets ping ponged about, there will not be a return purchase.more review

Recommend Super fast delivery

Bought in the morning, and received in the afternoon. Tried and tested it works with consistent use. Just that the price is expensive.

QX quick orders:

If QX quick delivery passed desired shipping date/time, when customer isn't around, we will not be able to send a reshipping request on our end.
QXquick orders that does not fit the shipping requirement, it will be changed to QXpress standard courier services automatically.

If items ordered are out of stock, qxpress will not be able to deliver the items, shipping will be changed to a later date of delivery, at the same timeslot.

The shipping selection was confusing. I thought for free shipping I need total 70 but actually not. Who would choose to pay when the same shipping is offered for free ?

Sorry for late reply, we do understand where you are coming from. As for shipping delivery there 2 difference group under Qxpress & QxQuick. Qxpress shipping fee will be $3.99 and need to purchase above $70 as for QxQuick shipping fee will be $5.99 and need to purchase $40, at times certain product will be doing promotion with free shipping. You may take a look at the shipping rate under the product listing. Please take note that only products under QooLife producting listing will be included in the above delivery service with the above shipping charges and fee.

Hi, if you see the screenshot, there is free option for qexpress and selected by default. The selection was updated after I made the inquiry. As a normal buyer would choose the free delivery service instead of paying $3.99 which need purchase above above $70. It doesn't make sense
