Recommend the white one is one of my favourites

I am unsure if it's vanilla. Should be. I find the flavour very rich and creamy. Just the way I like it. :)

Recommend nice variety

I'm a repeat customer. Great value for cute tasty macarons. A sensible size for 1 to 3 bites. I like the Oreo and the vanilla ones best.

Hi, I got confused with the dates for the collection of the macaron and I missed it. Can I collect my macarons at other roadshows?

Hi Dear, following Qoo10 promotional price as per terms and conditions, the Venue and Date of collection is fixed and confirmed as per your choice during checkout at Qoo10. The Qoo10 has strict policy for ETickets, which seller has to adhere to, therefore, for No Show, there will be no refund. However, if there is a valid reason, you may write in to qoo10@abp.sg to appeal your case with your screenshot vouchers, we will submit to Qoo10 for review on base by base basis. In the past, I was given a key chain when I purchased two boxes. 10 July, mon, at around 350-4pm, I went to westgate outlet to redeem. It was a different girl. She was quite rude when she knew I m a Q10 customer. She said that q10 customers can't get the keychain at all. The previous girls were so nice, gave me the paper carrier when I redeemed at least 2-4 boxes. For this girl, I think she doesn't know her job well at all. No smile, black face and totally not customer oriented at all.

Yes I know things may have changed but the salesgirl was not aware. She told me all along, annabella doesn't give keychain or paperbag to Q10 customers which is not true. If what she has claimed is true, then how come I did receive the keychain and paper bag from previous girls who tended to me. Her attitude is what turned me off - knowing I m a Q10 customers, she immediately showed a black face and gave me a 'Q10 customers -are-cheapo' kind of look. Hope that I won't see this girl at Westgate outlet anymore. Hope to see previous girls back again. The previous girls were nice and explained to you patiently with a smile even though there were other customers. For this particular salesgirl at Westgate, 9 July, 350-415pm, she explained to me with annoying look. Another thing is I want to hold onto my hp and told her I can click the e voucher in front of her. She also told me all along, they are the ones taking away customer's Hp and clicked for them. I explained to her that based on my previous experiences, I requested to still hold onto my phone and click the e voucher in front of the girls and they were fine. Phone is a personal belonging and I don't feel safe of any stranger just taking it away. She gave me a frown and explained nobody has done it before. Then for my previous experiences , what are they? Ghost tending to me? She is totally not customer oriented which made me so pissed that I actually have a bad impression of annabella for the first time.
