Yes, we certainly can do an exchange for you but we'll need you to return the original items to us by post first. Please note that the items must be returned in original packaging with everything intact.

Go to: Settings > General > iPad Cover Lock/Unlock > On

When you close your iPad cover, does the cover flap “stick” to the case through the magnet?

Yes, the smart lock/ unlock feature was turned on.
The cover flap does not 'stick' to the case through the magnet.
Definitely, there is no magnet on the cover as I tried use another magnet to test on it.
Pls advise.
