My cart number was 83261837. I have not received the item yet.
On the same day, I also bought the magic bra (cart number: 83261536) which I received.
I think the item has probably gone missing somehow... But just want to confirm if you did manage to send out both items? Is it possible that you might have mistaken and sent one item only? Just confirming... |

dear customer most likely the mail is lost, for lost mail, we suggest that client to top up to registered mail at $2.50 and we will resent the package. please kindly understand that from our side ( we have to bear the cost of the postage and the lost mail) thus for the top up of $2.50 is actually for singpost and not for us . please transfer to POSB Savings: 030-92520-3 and inform us once u have transfer and we will do the resent by registered post please kindly advise this is ok and we will do a resent by am mail |
