Hi,

I ordered two dresses (order no. 155568039 & 155568040) from your shop on 27 October 2015 (cart no. 98427139) and I still have not received them even till today.

I made a trip down to the singpost outlet for my area earlier today to check if they are holding it because it's been so long (3 weeks+) and I did not receive any notification from them, however, they do not have any package for me. My address on qoo10 is definitely correct as I have successfully purchased and received many items before and after I purchased the two dresses from your shop.

Please check on your side if there is any return mail and resend asap.
