Hi Seller, I have bought 3 CC Soothing Cushion as part of my order from you back in mid July. I have recently opened one to start using but realised that it is not in a useable condition as the sponge inside has disintegrated. It is not an isolated case as i opened the other 2 and both were like that. I understand that the returns can only be made within 14 days, but it is impossible to know that the sponge has disintegrated unless after opening and it's not logical to open the products before actual use as it shortens the lifespan of the products. i could send photos or a product opening video to prove my claims if you require, and I know that i am not the only one affected as I have read a similar review here after my purchase. If it is not possible to refund for these 3 items, please at least allow a replacement of product (maybe smth else as i don't trust this cushion anymore). thank you.

I have previously ordered the sponge set but it was very badly crushed even though it is bubble wrapped. I would like to order again as a gift for friend. Would it possible to to put the bubble wrapped sponge plastic box in a stronger box when you send out?

Hi, I'm still waiting for your reply to cancel my orders since there's no delivery from purchase date 10/7/17. You told me a week ago 19/7 that you sent by qxpress and even gave a tracking number but my shipping detail shows no update from seller for delivery. Look at my pic of mailing detail. Qxpress delivery usually take 3 days for local but nothing was received for 2 weeks. I think you are mistaken. What you actually sent to my address on 12/7 were an oil free matte cushion and a photo finish brush by singpost normal mail. No primer or mandelic cleanser were found in the parcel although these separate orders have same address and buyer name. You need to check the exact order numbers, not just the address & name to verify which items are already sent. Clearly you haven't sent the primer and cleanser out as my tracking detail still shows nothing to date. It's 15 days already. I'm not interested in the items anymore. Kindly refund. Waiting for your reply. Thank you.

It's ridiculous qxpress can hold my parcel for so long. You need not resend the items.
