Hi seller. Just got my xiaofang yesterday and tried to setup today, but theres a problem always at the wifi setup part. It always show me connection timed out at the 90% mark. Whats the problem with this? Pls advice.

Fyi, i setup this cam side by side with my wifi router. All my other devices r connected perfectly with the wifi so there is no problem with my wifi router or internet.

sorry for delay reply.
1.pls make sure select "Country-Chinese Mainland" before you login to Mi Home app
2. make sure the wifi is 2.4G
3.make sure the phone and camera be in same wifi
4.have try reset the device

Hi Seller, I have send in my inquiry regarding the recording problem but never hear from you. When I record the footage nearby the camera, I am able to view the video footage. But when I am not nearby the camera, outdoor using my 3G or wifi network to record, I cannot view the video even though it was recorded as mp4 format. Can advise what is the problem? Is there anyway I can send you the video?
