  I refer to my order number 82463157.
My order was cancelled without prior notice neither was i given the opportunity to consider to exchange to other colour or items.
I also realised that my refund was lesser than what i have paid.
Why is that so??
Please give me a satisfactory answer otherwise i will bring this matter up to QOO10 customer service.
U claimed that it was out of stock with no replenishment however you are still advertising this item on the QOO10 with 10 quantities for each colour.
This is not the first time i ordered items from u but i am utterly disappointed in ur services this time round.

Dear buyer,

This item had been fully sold out, thus there is no other options to change size order colors. The order needs to be cancelled so that the refund can be returned to you and you may choose other items in our shop. As mentioned in our T&C, all our items are on pre-order basis, thus the QTY changes every minute. We are sorry for the disappointment, but there are times which are beyond our control. The refund is fully processed by Qoo10, there had been no complaints on the refunds so far from other buyers, you may raise your question of the difference in refund amount. Hope this helps. Hello buyer, Thank you for your interest and patience. As explained when we do the order cancellation. The preferred item had defects when arranging for shippment from supplier and itis the last pieces, thus we have not choice but to cancel this order so that the refund can reach you soon.
