FAQ What is normal mail? Could I request for someone to contact me just before delivering the parcel to my address? Seller

Parcels sent via normal mail will be handled like regular mail. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days though please be advised that postal delays do happen and we are unable to provide any delivery status once the parcel has been handed to Singpost. On the day of delivery, the postman will leave the parcel in your letter box. Kindly note that there will be no notifications given or sent in any form (phone calls, messages etc) prior to delivery.

Hi Seller,

I'm buying bright red jacket for uniform. There are strict requirements on jacket:

1. Solid color - pls confirm if it is solid color. (front and back)
2. No lace or other color on the jacket
3. It must be bright red. Kindly confirm if the color is really bright red as picture. Slight different is ok but not too far off, otherwise I would have to return to you.
4. The jacket must be structured too. I.e. not straight cut, there must be clear waistline after buttoning.

I will place order for M as soon as you can confirm the above.

1. It's a solid colour (front and back).
2. The buttons are gold in colour but other than that, there're no other colours on the outside of the blazer.
3. As with most colours on our items, the red is slightly darker than what you see online; otherwise the shade as depicted is fairly accurate.
4. This is not meant to be a slim-cut design. It is only slightly tapered at the waist.

No, this jacket isn't as slim fitting as the Z001 jackets (Jacket B 01 - 06). Please do refer to the measurements online for a suitable fit. We normally recommend the 8535 to customers who are looking for a looser fit at the waist. Regards, JessCloset
