FAQ What is normal mail? Could I request for someone to contact me just before delivering the parcel to my address? Seller

Parcels sent via normal mail will be handled like regular mail. Delivery usually takes up to 3 working days though please be advised that postal delays do happen and we are unable to provide any delivery status once the parcel has been handed to Singpost. On the day of delivery, the postman will leave the parcel in your letter box. Kindly note that there will be no notifications given or sent in any form (phone calls, messages etc) prior to delivery.

Just like regular mail, parcels delivered via normal mail Singpost are sent only on Mondays to Fridays. There is no postal service on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Thanks for your message. We're sorry to hear that your parcel hasn't arrived yet. Your parcel was sent on 26 Jan. Could you please check that the address you registered in the system is correct?
Assuming that the address is correct, your parcel should still get to you. I have seen some parcels delayed by Singpost and arrive up to 4 weeks late! If they are unable to deliver a parcel then it usually gets returned to us, in which case we then re-send it to customers.
Please give it a bit more time. If it doesn't arrive by 23 Feb (4 weeks after the delivery date as per our policy), please send your enquiry to and then we decide what to do. Meanwhile we will also check our return address again to see if it has come back to us.
